About QorPay

QorCommerce, built and operated by QorPay, unifies underwriting, boarding, processing, risk, compliance, and settlement in a single system. We control the platform, orchestration, and settlement experience end to end, with established financial infrastructure supporting clearing where required.
What does QorPay do?
We move money for commerce, two ways: as a registered Payment Facilitator and as a direct processor, both running on QorCommerce, the platform we own and operate. Cards, ACH, APMs, and Crypto/Stablecoin all run on that one platform: one set of APIs, one vault, one ledger, whatever the payment method and wherever it happens, in person or online.
And we give software platforms, ISOs, and banks the infrastructure to run payment programs of their own. A merchant can board directly. A platform can embed payments more than one way: hosted checkout, Secure Embedded Forms, qor-charge.js, QorElementals components, embedded boarding through the Automated Underwriting API, or full PayFac-as-a-Service under our registration. An ISO can run a portfolio on our stack with line-item residuals. In every case, the transaction runs on systems QorPay wrote and operates.

Why build a processor instead of reselling one?
Most payment companies are a sales layer over someone else's processor. That model stacks margin, splits support across vendors, and puts the roadmap in someone else's hands. We took the harder path: build the platform, pass the Level 1 audit, register with sponsor banks directly. The result is a processor where a settlement question is answered by the team that runs the ledger, and a missing feature is a change to our own codebase, not an upstream ticket.
