How a ticket works
Start wherever is closest. In the portal, press Create a ticket, give it a subject, and add as much detail as you have; a screenshot helps and the form takes one. Or skip the form entirely and email support@qorcommerce.io with the same story. Both doors open a ticket on the same desk, so there is no wrong entrance and nothing to re-file later.
From intake, the ticket is routed to a department, the team that actually owns billing questions, disputes, technical issues, onboarding, or your account, and response targets are stamped on it the moment it opens. The desk tracks every ticket against those targets until it is resolved, and a ticket running late is flagged to the team, not left to drift.
Replies thread. When an agent answers, you can respond from the portal or reply to the email in your inbox, and either way your response lands on the same ticket, in order, with the whole history attached. You never start over and you never explain twice.
Find my tickets, without a password
There is no support account and no password. To check on tickets you have already opened, choose Find my tickets in the portal and enter your email. If that email has tickets on file, a secure sign-in link arrives in your inbox; press it and you are looking at your own tickets, scoped to you, nothing else. The link is the sign-in, so there is nothing to set up, nothing to forget, and nothing for anyone to steal.
The same works in reverse when you open a ticket: leave an email on the form and the confirmation includes a secure link to track that ticket from day one.
What to include
The fastest tickets read like a report from the scene. Include your account or merchant name; the invoice number or MID if the question touches one; and the two halves of the story: what you expected to happen, and what you saw instead. Steps to reproduce and a screenshot turn a back-and-forth into a first-reply answer. If you are not sure a detail matters, include it; the desk would rather skim than ask.
A knowledge base is on the way. The portal already holds the door for it, marked "Coming soon," and until it opens, a ticket is the direct line: our team answers you personally.
