What does your team see?
The portfolio first. A signed-in contact lands on the merchant directory: every merchant on your book with their legal name, DBA, sub-portfolio, and standing. Search by name, filter to one sub-portfolio when your book is organized under agents or offices, and press any merchant to open their compliance detail, one row per card-network monitoring program with standing and ratio for the month.
Every number reads from the same platform that boards and settles your merchants, so the answer your team pulls on Tuesday is the state of the book on Tuesday. Nothing is prepared for you and nothing is a copy; the directory is the book.
From the book to one merchant
Press any merchant and their compliance detail opens: one row per card-network monitoring program, Visa VAMP, Mastercard's chargeback and fraud monitoring, the behavioural watch, and the Amex and Discover placements, each with its standing and ratio for the month you pick. The follow-up question a list can never answer, which program, which network, how close to a threshold, is one press deep.
Change the month and the detail re-runs on the spot. Press Download CSV and the detail goes with you, exactly as the page shows it, ready for the agent call or the file. When a merchant needs a conversation, your team walks in holding the same numbers we see.
Reports for the whole book
Two reports cover the book at once. Portfolio Compliance rolls every merchant's program standing into one month view, worst first, so the account that needs attention today tops the page. The Partner Portal Access Log is the portal's own trail, who on your team signed in, what they viewed, what they downloaded, surfaced as a report you can pull like any other.
Run either on demand for any month your book has data, read the preview on the page, and take it away as PDF or CSV. And when your team finishes a review, one press records it: Acknowledgments log who reviewed which report, when, with an optional note, so your oversight of the book is documented as thoroughly as the book itself.
How does sign-in work?
With nothing to remember and nothing to leak. Sign-in is two steps: the contact enters their registered work email and receives a secure, single-use link that expires in minutes, and a verification code confirms the second step. There is no password to reset and none to steal, and sessions are read-only and scoped to your portfolio from the first click.
Sessions time out on their own, and what a contact can see is decided before they arrive, not filtered after. When someone leaves your organization, cutting access is one press for your own admin, effective immediately.
Run your own team
Access is yours to run. The principal carries access from day one, and a partner admin manages the team inside the portal: invite a teammate by work email and role, make a colleague an admin or a viewer, remove access the day someone leaves, restore it if they return. Invites activate on the person's first sign-in, every grant is deliberate, and the access log shows every visit.
Beside the Team view sits the acknowledgment log: every recorded review, newest first, with the report, the person, the date, and their note. Together they answer the two questions an oversight conversation always starts with: who can see the book, and who has been looking.
Why does this matter for your book?
Because portfolio risk compounds quietly. A merchant drifting toward a network monitoring program does not call to tell you, and by the time a placement shows up in a monthly packet, the remediation window has narrowed. The Partner Portal closes that gap with a login: standing per merchant, per program, current whenever your team looks, and the whole book rolled up worst-first so the merchant who needs a call today is at the top of the page.
It also changes what you can show. When a sponsor, a processor, or your own principal asks how the book is being watched, the acknowledgment log and the access trail are the answer: dated reviews with names attached, pulled from the platform in one press. Ask us to walk your team through it live, on your own portfolio structure, in the first session.
