Ready to get started, Let's Go! Talk to Sales

Your portfolio, one layer from settlement.

QorPay is a direct processing home for ISOs: multi-tenant portfolio tooling, transparent residuals, and program management on QorCommerce. No middle processor sits between your book and the money. Build your asset on our stack, not someone else's.

Why ISOs move their book

Your book deserves better economics than just a reseller will pay.

Every layer between your merchants and the network takes a cut of your residuals and a vote on your roadmap. Reporting shows up late, splits never quite reconcile, and moving the book feels just risky enough that staying put feels safe. That inertia is exactly what your current stack is priced on.

QorPay is the direct alternative: your portfolio runs on QorCommerce with multi-tenant Channels tooling, residuals reported line by line, buy rates set against actual processing cost, and underwriting that will look at the merchants other processors bounce. You built the book; the economics should be yours.

Bring your portfolio profile to one meeting. We will put the Channels structure, a live residual statement, and your buy rates on the table. Real numbers in the first conversation, then you decide.

What does an ISO get here that a reseller can't give?

A direct stack. QorPay processes on QorCommerce, the platform it built, so your program sits one layer from authorization and settlement instead of three layers from someone else's.

That changes the daily reality of running a book. Pricing is against real processing cost, not a reseller's marked-up buy rate. A settlement or funding question goes to the team that runs the ledger, not into a forwarding chain. And when your program needs a boarding field, a report, or a payout change, QorPay modifies its own platform rather than filing a ticket upstream.

You built the book. Register with us and own the economics that come with it.

How do residuals work?

Residuals are calculated monthly at the line-item level and paid on a fixed schedule (TODO: verify payout day). Every statement breaks out volume, interchange, fees, and your split per merchant, so you reconcile to the penny instead of accepting a lump sum.

Statements are available in the portal and by API. If your back office runs its own residual system, pull the raw lines through Reporting and compute the split yourself. The numbers will match, and if they ever don't, you are talking to the processor that produced them.

Ask us to walk you through a live residual statement, line by line. Book the meeting and bring your current one to compare.

How do you manage a multi-tenant portfolio?

Through Channels, the multi-tenant layer of QorCommerce. A channel is a portfolio node: it holds merchants, sub-portfolios, pricing, and access control, and it nests as deep as your org chart does.

A principal sees the whole tree. A sub-office sees its branch. An agent sees their merchants. Pricing and residual splits are set per level, so a sub-ISO with its own agents runs its own economics inside your program without spreadsheet glue.

And your team watches it themselves. The Partner Portal gives your people self-serve, read-only access to the book: every merchant's standing in the directory, per-program compliance detail one press away, portfolio reports for any month as PDF or CSV, and an acknowledgment log that turns each review into a dated record. Sign-in is a one-time link and code, a partner admin runs your team's roles and access, and every visit lands in an access trail you can pull as a report of your own.

Can I move a book of merchants?

Yes. Portfolio migration is a managed process, not a form: QorPay reviews the book, maps the merchants to program underwriting, and boards them in batches so processing continuity holds.

Merchants with tokens at a prior processor are handled during migration planning, and hard-to-place accounts get a manual review rather than a blanket decline. The goal is moving the book without losing the merchants that make it valuable.

Migration is a project we run with you, not homework we hand you. Start the conversation before your current agreement renews for another term.

What underwriting support exists for hard-to-place merchants?

Every file gets reviewed as a business, not just as an MCC. Automated Underwriting clears the straightforward accounts, and the ones that trip a threshold route to a human with authority to approve with conditions.

Conditions are concrete: reserves, volume caps, or enhanced monitoring under Circuit Breaker. That gives you a real answer for merchants other programs auto-decline, and it gives the sponsor bank a documented reason for every approval.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)

Does QorPay buy merchant portfolios?

Portfolio acquisition and migration are handled case by case. If you are looking to move or monetize a book, bring the portfolio profile to the conversation and we will tell you plainly whether it fits the program.

Are residual splits negotiable?

Yes. Splits are set per agreement based on volume, vertical mix, and how much of the merchant lifecycle you run yourself. Whatever the split, every residual statement is line-itemed, so you can verify the math instead of trusting a summary number.

Do I need my own bank registration to work with QorPay?

No. QorPay is a registered ISO of Synovus Bank (Columbus, GA) and Chesapeake Bank (Kilmarnock, VA), and a registered Payment Facilitator of Pathward, N.A. Your agents and sub-offices operate under the program; if you carry your own registrations, that works too.

Can I pull reporting by API?

Yes. Portfolio, merchant, and transaction data are available through the QorCommerce v3 API, and Refleqtion injects outside transaction streams into the platform in near real time. What you see in the portal you can pull programmatically.

What happens when a merchant in my book has a risk event?

Circuit Breaker catches anomalous flow in real time and the risk team that wrote the rule reviews it, not a vendor queue. Risk actions are reversible, audited levers, and you see the event and the disposition in your portfolio view, so you are not learning about holds from an angry merchant call.
